Shalihah graduated from Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Legal Studies (Hons) in 2015 and an LL.B (Hons) in 2016. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in March 2017.
With substantial experience gained over the years, Shalihah focuses on the real estate and banking practice. She handles various aspects of property-related and financing transactions involving a broad range of properties, including residential (both landed and high-rise), commercial, and industrial properties.
During her pupillage with Dianna Noor & Partners, she was primarily involved in real estate transactions, including general conveyancing and banking matters. At SC Tan & Loo, she manages a diverse portfolio of development projects—including RUMAHWIP projects—as well as sub-sale and purchase transactions. She is well-versed in the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and banking documentation, from initial drafting through to completion.
