Sheryl Tan has over 10 years of experience in banking and real estate areas. She handles various aspects of property-related and financing matters dealing with a wide range of properties, including residential properties (landed properties and condominiums), commercial properties as well as industrial properties.

During her practice in Shook Lin & Bok, she was involved in various banking, corporate and real estate transactions, which include major real estate sale and purchase and property-related financing transactions. Further, she had practised law at Drew & Napier LLC, one of Singapore’s leading and largest law firms. Her focus then was on corporate mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial transactions, advising international clients. Sheryl had previously been an in-house senior legal counsel for a Singapore’s public-listed real estate developer, where she handled various legal issues for the company including property development, investment, compliance with the rules of Singapore Stock Exchange, corporate secretarial and tenancy transactions both in Singapore and China.
