Jerry Loo

Jerry Loo is a Barrister of England & Wales, an Advocate & Solicitor of Malaysia, and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Singapore. Dualqualified to practise in both Malaysia and Singapore, he is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa Malaysia, allowing him to serve a diverse clientele and handle crossborder matters.

Jerry is a versatile commercial practitioner with broad experience across corporate and commercial laws. His areas of practice include capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, conveyancing transactions, corporate structuring, joint ventures, fundraising, private client services, family office advisory, and wealth management. He has handled cross-border transactions involving clients and entities across Southeast Asia, China, Japan, Middle East, and other regions.

Jerry has practised at leading regional law firms, including Shook Lin & Bok in Malaysia, as well as Stamford Law Corporation (now Morgan Lewis Stamford) and Rajah & Tann in Singapore. He has also served as in-house counsel for Singapore-based international businesses, including family offices, investment companies, technology companies, and a German multinational chemical and consumer goods company.
